Pots & Pans

 The pots and pans I use the most.

 

First and foremost my 8" iron skillet. 

 I have had this one since I moved away from home at 18.
It is very well seasoned and practically non-stick, it cleans easily in water and even occasionally a few drops of dish soap!  This pan is great for frying or baking.  I have an 8" iron Dutch oven and the lid fits this pan and that adds to the flexibility.

  1. do you oil this after using and if so any favorite oil?

  2. Don't need to oil it every time you put it away cooking with oil is usually all it needs but it you have cooked something acidity or had to use a little soap or soaked it then wipe it down with regular veg oil, nothing fancy
